Headaches Dehydration May Be the Cause

A severe, sudden headache that follows bouts of nausea and vomiting or diarrhea is often a result of the body being dehydrated from the sudden loss of fluids.
Dehydration Symptoms sudden, intense headache dry mouth and sticky saliva fatigue, and sometimes thirst.
If symptoms are severe, call your doctor for an immediate appointment.
Infants through 12 years: Use only a commercial rehydration drink, such as Pedialyte.
